本协议是 邓顺子（以下简称"我们"）与您之间就听澜盒会员服务订立的协议，是《用户协议》的组成部分。请您在购买前仔细阅读，特别是加粗的内容。您完成付款，即表示您同意本协议。
1.1 本协议适用于在听澜盒安卓（手机、平板、电视）、Windows、Linux 版中购买和使用的会员服务。
1.2 会员权益归属于您的听澜盒账号（以邮箱登录的账号），而不是邮箱地址本身。购买会员前需要先登录。
价格以购买时应用内显示的为准。目前的标价供参考：
· 永久会员（买断）：¥49.9，长期有效，含 5 台设备名额；
· 加 1 台设备：¥20，仅限已拥有永久会员的账号购买；
· 再买一份永久会员：每多一份永久会员，增加 5 台设备名额。
以上均为一次性付费，不设自动续费，不会定期扣款。
3.1 会员功能以应用内显示为准，我们可能进行调整。目前包括：多服务器与地址自动切换、边下边播 / 下载 / 缓存、元数据同步及其衍生功能（智能推荐、听歌统计、查重、跨服导入）、文本歌单导入、电台编辑、文件夹整理、均衡器、独占音频输出。
3.2 基础播放、托盘、媒体控制、睡眠定时、电视模式等功能保持免费。
3.3 会员功能依赖您自己的音乐服务器和网络环境，我们不保证每一项功能在所有服务器上都可用。
4.1 已登录的设备在查询会员状态时（例如登录、启动应用）会自动绑定到您的账号，占用一个设备名额。
4.2 名额用满后，再登录的设备按免费用户使用，直到您解绑其他设备或购买更多名额。
4.3 鸿蒙版设备不占用本协议所述的设备名额。
4.4 您可以在「设置 → 账号与会员 → 设备管理」解绑设备，每 30 天最多解绑 3 次；被解绑的设备会退出登录。
4.5 设备标识与设备绑定不可转让。
我们的服务器会为每台已绑定的设备签发一份离线凭证，使会员功能在离线时最长可继续使用 30 天；超过后，设备需要联网一次以更新凭证。
6.1 在鸿蒙版听澜盒中购买的会员（永久会员，或在有效期内的订阅会员），在该鸿蒙版账号绑定了同一邮箱后，也可在本协议适用的版本中使用。绑定操作在鸿蒙版应用中完成。
6.2 一个邮箱账号只能关联一个华为账号。
6.3 如果鸿蒙版账号和邮箱账号都已经各自购买过会员，二者无法自动合并，请联系我们处理。
我们可能开展限时免费活动，让已登录的用户在本协议适用的版本中免费使用会员功能，截止时间以应用内显示为准。活动期间的会员：不占用设备名额；到截止时间自动结束，不作补偿；不能折现；不适用于鸿蒙版。
8.1 会员通过支付宝网页收银台付款（在系统浏览器中打开，或用另一部手机扫码付款）。付款中处理的信息见《隐私政策》。
8.2 支付宝确认付款后，会员自动开通。如付款后未开通，请凭订单号联系我们。
9.1 会员属于在线交付的数字化商品。根据《消费者权益保护法》第二十五条，会员开通后不适用七日无理由退货。
9.2 出现重复付款、付款后未能开通，或法律法规规定应当退款的情形，我们会为您退款。请通过邮件联系我们，并提供订单号。
9.3 永久会员退款时，依附于该永久会员的加购设备名额一并退款或取消。设备名额因此减少的，按绑定先后，超出部分的设备视为未绑定。
注销账号后，会员权益随之终止，且不予退款。由于会员权益属于账号而不是邮箱地址，之后即使用同一邮箱重新登录，也是一个新账号，不会恢复原有会员。
您不得以营利为目的共享账号、转售会员，不得伪造设备标识，不得破解本应用或会员机制。对违反上述约定的账号，我们有权在通知后暂停其会员服务。
我们可能根据法律法规变化及运营需要修订本协议，修订后的协议会在本页面公布。发生重大变更时，我们会在应用内告知您。

4.1 已登入的裝置在查詢會員狀態時（例如登入、啟動應用）會自動綁定到您的帳號，佔用一個裝置名額。
4.2 名額用滿後，再登入的裝置按免費用戶使用，直至您解除綁定其他裝置或購買更多名額。
4.3 鴻蒙版裝置不佔用本協議所述的裝置名額。
4.4 您可以在「設定 → 帳戶與會員 → 裝置管理」解除綁定裝置，每 30 天最多解除綁定 3 次；被解除綁定的裝置會登出。
4.5 裝置識別碼與裝置綁定不可轉讓。

6.1 在鴻蒙版聽瀾盒中購買的會員（永久會員，或在有效期內的訂閱會員），在該鴻蒙版帳號綁定了同一電郵後，亦可在本協議適用的版本中使用。綁定操作在鴻蒙版應用中完成。
6.2 一個電郵帳號只能關聯一個華為帳號。
6.3 如果鴻蒙版帳號和電郵帳號都已經各自購買過會員，兩者無法自動合併，請聯絡我們處理。
我們可能舉辦限時免費活動，讓已登入的用戶在本協議適用的版本中免費使用會員功能，截止時間以應用內顯示為準。活動期間的會員：不佔用裝置名額；到截止時間自動結束，不作補償；不能兌換現金；不適用於鴻蒙版。

This agreement between Deng Shunzi ("we", "us") and you covers the SonaWave membership and forms part of the User Agreement. Please read it before buying, especially the parts in bold. By completing a payment, you agree to this agreement.
1.1 This agreement covers membership bought and used in the Android (phone, tablet, TV), Windows and Linux editions of SonaWave.
1.2 Membership belongs to your SonaWave account (the account you sign in to with your email), not to the email address itself. You need to sign in before buying.
The price shown in the app at the time of purchase applies. Current list prices, for reference:
· Lifetime membership (one-time purchase): CNY 49.9, permanent, includes 5 device seats;
· Add 1 device: CNY 20, only for accounts that already have a lifetime membership;
· Buy another lifetime membership: each additional lifetime membership adds 5 device seats.
All of these are one-time payments. There is no automatic renewal and no recurring charge.
3.1 Member features are as shown in the app and may be adjusted. They currently include: multiple servers and automatic address switching; play-while-downloading, downloads and cache; metadata sync and the features built on it (smart recommendations, listening statistics, duplicate finder, cross-server import); text playlist import; radio editing; folder organising; equalizer; exclusive audio output.
3.2 Basic playback, the tray icon, media controls, the sleep timer, TV mode and similar features remain free.
3.3 Member features depend on your own music servers and network; we do not guarantee that every feature works with every server.
4.1 A signed-in device is bound to your account automatically when it checks its membership status (for example when you sign in or open the app), and takes one seat.
4.2 Once all seats are taken, further devices work as free users until you unbind another device or buy more seats.
4.3 HarmonyOS devices do not take the seats described in this agreement.
4.4 You can unbind devices in Settings → Account & membership → Devices, up to 3 times every 30 days. The unbound device is signed out.
4.5 Device identifiers and device bindings cannot be transferred.
Our server issues a signed offline certificate to each bound device, so member features keep working offline for up to 30 days. After that, the device needs to go online once to renew it.
6.1 A membership bought in the HarmonyOS edition of SonaWave (lifetime, or a subscription within its paid period) also applies to the editions covered here once that HarmonyOS account has bound the same email. The binding is done in the HarmonyOS app.
6.2 One email account can be linked to only one Huawei account.
6.3 If the HarmonyOS account and the email account have each already bought a membership, they cannot be merged automatically. Please contact us.
We may run promotions that let signed-in users use member features for free in the editions covered here until a stated date, shown in the app. Promotional membership does not take device seats, ends automatically at the stated time without compensation, cannot be exchanged for cash, and does not apply to the HarmonyOS edition.
8.1 You pay through the Alipay web cashier, opened in your system browser or on another phone by scanning a QR code. The information processed during payment is described in the Privacy Policy.
8.2 Your membership is activated automatically once Alipay confirms the payment. If it is not activated after you pay, contact us with the order number.
9.1 Membership is a digital good delivered online. Under Article 25 of China's Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights and Interests, the 7-day no-reason return does not apply once the membership has been delivered.
9.2 We will refund you in cases such as duplicate payment, failure to activate after payment, or where the law requires a refund. Email us with the order number.
9.3 When a lifetime membership is refunded, the add-on device seats that depend on it are refunded or cancelled as well. If this reduces your seats, the devices beyond the remaining seats, in order of binding, are treated as unbound.
Deleting your account ends your membership, and it is not refunded. Because membership belongs to the account and not to the email address, signing in again later with the same email creates a new account and does not restore the old membership.
You must not share accounts for profit, resell memberships, forge device identifiers, or crack the app or its membership mechanism. We may suspend membership for an account that does so, after notifying it.
We may revise this agreement as laws or our operations change, and will publish the revised version on this page. We will notify you in the app of material changes.
