English
SonaWave 0.5.3 improves experimental VIP CUE playback for local files, complete caches and supported WebDAV, SMB and Baidu sources. Consecutive ranges in the same file can share one decoding stream. fnOS prepares individual FLAC tracks with preloading and cleanup. Partial queues, seeking and premature completion of short clips are corrected. The transition status is a player-path observation, not an acoustic measurement.
Classic and vinyl artwork sizes can be adjusted independently from 80% to 120%, with separate tonearm and disc controls. Portrait detail pages gain immersive artwork; home playlist cards support quick playback. File sources can optionally use other folder images as a final artwork fallback.
This release also fixes Android foreground-service interruptions during brief automatic track transitions, adds retained session/exit diagnostics and fixes a Windows post-update exit crash. Emby/Jellyfin artwork ownership and legacy references are corrected across artist albums, favorites, search, recent/frequent albums and listening history. Lyric validation and feedback are improved.
Download 0.5.3. Google Play is submitted separately. Existing source, output, experimental and device limitations remain in effect.
